Up and Under Watersports have helped greatly in organizing the venue for the Welsh Canoe and Kayak Show for 2009 and 2010, interfacing with suppliers, Cardiff Marine Village and Cardiff Harbour Authority. Here's a little bit about them so that you know who to look out for on the day of the show.
Up and Under outdoor gear Ltd. have been trading in Cardiff, South Wales since 1977. We have a large 2 floor store dedicated to canoeing and kayaking, caving, climbing, expeditions, hill walking, mountaineering and travel. This massive range of pursuits, the products that come with it and our attention to customer service make us one of the premier independant retailers in the U.K.
In October 2008 we opened our second shop, once again in Cardiff, but this time with a complete watersports theme. Up and Under Watersports was born and is one key component in the Cardiff Marine Village. This complex has a number of related watersports retail outlets and service providers and most importantly has its own wharf and pontoon on the side of the River Ely. This river access enables us to carry out try before you buy boat testing, a great help when choosing your expensive new toy.
To complement our two stores in Cardiff we have www.upandunder.co.uk. This enables not only the rest of the U.K. to see our product range, but gives access from right round the globe. We successfully supply goods and advice far and wide with particular favourites including rockshoes to New Zealand, dry suits to Norway, down sleeping bags to France and even industrial access kit to Vietnam.
